These vitamins are full of great food-sourced nutrients and do give me more energy. I gave them four stars instead of five because they are bitter and dry and hard to swallow, unlike the Rainbow Light prenatals.

This is a perfectly great B-complex supplement .. gluten free, with amino acids, superfoods, calcium/magnesium etc. However, had there been a copy of the traditional supplement facts list available I'd have been more likely to notice that it has a supplemental ingredient that won't work for me. there is no doubt this is a quality manufacture, food based vitamin supplement, the reason i buy it here is because of the price and regular shipping even gives more of a discount and when you find a good vitamin supplement, it only helps if you take it regularly.. it is twice this much at new seasons.
