I was diagnosed with osteopenia 1 year ago and was really worried. I researched many different products and found this one to have ALL the ingredients recommended for women in my condition. I took five a day and watched what I ate and I was recently tested and have stabilized. I HIGHLY recommend this product.
My only regret is, I bought this item from iherb.com... February 16, 2010

I have been taking many different brands of multivitamin supplements (for 30 odd years now), about a couple of years back, I tried Centrum, after just a few days, I could feel it was way more effective than the store as well as multi-level marketing company brands I've been taking... until I tried New Chapter about 2 weeks ago. Wow! Even better than Centrum! My nose was dripping non-stop in the morning for nearly a week, the very day I took 1 New Chapter Every Man's One Daily and 2 New Chapter, Organics, C Food Complex, within minutes, the drip almost stopped. Two hours later, I took another 2 New Chapter, Organics, C Food Complex. By the end of the day, I was all good. No more non-stop nose dripping in the morning. The only regret is, I should have bought from AmericanWholesale/Amazon instead of from iherb.com, cost me over $10 a bottle + shipping & handling at iherb!

I've only been taking this for a couple of weeks, so I have no basis for commenting on the efficacy of the product - whether it works, or not. I will say that it's easy to take and convenient. It is, however, expensive for the number of daily dosages you get in a bottle. If you can find a way to get this at a discount, it would probably be worth it.

I recommend this product because it is calcium from a live source with Algaecal. I used to use coral calcium but this is much better in my opinion.

I have ostesporsis and since I have been taking this I have more than stabilized, and the size of the pill is user friendly.
